Recently PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) Said that the user of 3G and 4G Reached 64.57 Million at the end of February 2019.
According to PTA, the number of Smartphone users in Pakistan reached 156.92 Million at the end of February, In January 2019 the users of Smartphone were 153.302 Million.
Jazz+Warid has the largest Number of 3G Subscribers in Pakistan
- Jazz 3G: 13.72 million users
- Zong 3G: 8.738 million users
- Telenor 3G: 8.551 million users
- Ufone 3G: 8.851 million users
The Number of 4G Subscriber in Pakistan
- Jazz 4G: 8.144 million users
- Zong 4G: 11.026 million users
- Telenor 4G: 5.569 million users
Jazz + Warid:
At the end of February 3G users of Jazz + Warid stood at 13.714 Million if we compared to last Month January it was 13.72 Million.
Jazz + Warid 4G user jumped from 7.606 Million reached to 8.144 Million at the end of February 2019.
Zong:
The 3G users of Zong increased from 8.660 Million reached to 8.738 Million at the end of February,
And the subscribers of Zong 4G jumped from 10.443 Million to 11.026 Million at the end of February 2019.
Telenor:
The 3G users of Telenor jumped from 8.917 Million reached to 8.551 Million at the end of February 2019.
The users of 4G from 5.227 Million reached to 5.569 Million at the end of February 2019.
Ufone:
The 3G users of Ufone from 8.917 Million reached to 8.851 Million at the end of January 2019.
Yet Pakistan Telecommunication Authority has not released the data of February.

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority
PTA Said that we have received 3687 complaints from telecom consumers against the different telecom operators including “PTCL, Cellular Operators, WLL Operators, ISPs, and LDIs.” in February 2019.
According to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority Data Jazz + Warid leads the chart with 909 complaints and the network Telenor is on the second position with 779 complaints.
The Network Zong stood on the third number with 623 complaints i.e 22.24 percent of total complaints in February 2019.
Ufone has 490 complaints against its various services. Pakistan Telecommunication Said that it was able to get 3676 complaints resolved i.e 99.7 percent.
PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) has also received 371 complaints against the basic telephony where more than 367 were addressed in February 2019.
Furthermore, PTA has received 510 complaints against ISPs where more than 500 were addressed.
