The Government of Pakistan is now planning for another tax amnesty scheme to attract non-filers into the tax net, Attach incentives against whitening the untaxed rupees that are kept at home/Abroad.

 According to the new report of media, the aim of a brand new scheme is to work on progress to provide sufficient time to the public to avail,

The brand scheme before the implementation of IMF “International Monetary fund” program.

It will be very challenging for the government of Pakistan to declare such incentives after securing the bailout bag from the International Monetary fund.

Furthermore, the recent report from media states that the FBR “Federal Board of Revenue” is mulling over several choices such as Giving incentives from return filing,

 The ease of filing returns and dispatching emails to potentials taxpayers regarding the correct number of tax and asset information they are recommended to submit.

According to the report of an official of finance, “We have financial transactions data and other material collected from the National Database and Registration Authority,”

Non-Filers of Return

The Federal Board of Revenue has gathered data from big resources such as Banks, Utility Corporations,

Immigration department, and Car manufacturers etc. to locate the wealthy person whose names is not mentioned on the rolls of tax.

Individuals who have not registered yet their-self on the tax rolls, though possess untaxed wealth and reside in posh places that will be targeted.

If individuals fail to comply with the notice a provisional assessment will be conducted.

The people will have the opportunity to file a return along with a wealth statement with sixty days.

By this continuation, the provisional assessment order will be unquestionably initiated.

Furthermore, If anyone fails to file returns along with the precondition documents within sixty days, The Liability of tax roll will be final and recoverable.
