The National Database and Enlistment Specialist (NADRA) has begun a high-level examination against its officers for issuing CNICs to enlisted Afghan citizens.                                                                                      

A preparatory examination found 4 authorities included in issuing more than one CNIC to 11 Afghan nationals.

The authorities incorporate a Right-hand Chief and three others. In December 2019, NADRA served takes note to the 11 Afghan nationals to illuminate the specialist of their position on the matter.

In any case, none of the Afghan citizens appeared up to clarify the matter. As a result, NADRA denied their CNICs. During an assembly of a senate committee in 2018, Representative Talha Mehmood uncovered that NADRA had issued CNIC to Afghan insights organization staff.
