Qari abdul Wahab sahab original name was Rao Muhammad abdul Wahab. He was born in 1922 at Delhi, India. His hometown was in Saharanpur, Uterpardesh. Qari abdul wahab Sahab belongs to a Rajput Rao tribe. During the partition Abdul Wahab family along with his family moved to Pakistan and starts living in Burewala, Punjab.

He completed his graduation from Islamia college Lahore. After his graduation he worked as a Teshildar as well. In his young life he was connected with Majlis ahraar-e-islam and was also served there as a President of Burewala.

The journey of starting a Tableeghi jamaat in Raiwind was started in the times of Maulana Ilyas kandhlawi. He left his job to serve his entire life for Deen. He was also listed in the worlds 500 most influential Muslims.

He had also headed (shura) council in the Tableeghi  headquarters in Pakistan and was also a member of Aalmi Shura (world council) that is based in Nizamuddin, Delhi, India.

There is no doubt that he was a very good personality  as in very few occasions famous personalities like Maulana tariq Jameel, Maulana Tariq Masood and other Maulanas always said good about his passion toward islamic teaching which is a very main thing for any person.

There are a few cases happens when a multi-Millionairs offered him a heavy amount of check but he refused and in a response asked them to give him their times for deen. Let all of you pray for the Ameer Sahab may Allah grant him highest place in Jannah Ameen.
